I recently moved into my new home built by Arden Vale! You hear so many horror stories about building a home, but from the initial meeting with Tim to the handover it was the most hassle free process. If there were ever any issues, Tim just dealt with it straight away and came up with a solution. There were no hidden costs, as any variations you would sign off during the process, which means you could control your budget. It was really enjoyable to build with Arden Vale and I would do it all over again. I am extremely grateful to Tim and the team for everything!!

Arden Vale Homes made building my first home easy, with helpful advice from the beginning – choosing plans, position of house on the block, colour selections, recommending retailers for tiles, kitchen and lighting through to the finished home..

We live in Central Queensland, but after hearing great feedback from another family member who used Arden Vale on their home, we contracted them to build a house for us in Crows Nest..

We wanted to have an asian-pakistani home that fufills our need, we could not find it in a built home. We wanted a customised home and Tim & his team assisted us all the way - we absolutely love it.
