I had my first experience of purchasing a property off-the-plan with Arden Vale Homes. Hugh Begg and his team were extremely professional, reliable and efficient with their services. They addressed any concerns I had, as promptly as possible, and always went out of their way to reassure me of the resolutions. I was most impressed with Hugh’s integrity when he informed me after the Final Completion Stage, that there would be an additional refund to me for infrastructure costs, which were not required. I wouldn’t even have known about this if he hadn’t mentioned it. The property was completed on schedule and the quality was excellent.
