We have recently completed a house with Arden Vale Homes in North Toowoomba and we could not be happier. It was our first new build and right from the planning stage they were very helpful with offering suggestions to our designed plan to make better use of the block. Tim was very easy to deal with in the quoting stage and his eye for detail really helped us out in maximising our areas. Terry was a fantastic foreman. Very open and honest and communicated everything very effectively to us at the various stages of the build. The subcontractors were all of a very high standard we found and were very friendly and accommodating to our ideas. Overall, we would definitely build with Arden Vale again and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a builder in the Toowoomba area.
