Since the first day meeting with Tim to get a quote, to the finishing touches by Terry, Arden Vale have made our first build an absolute breeze.

For a custom designed build in Goondiwindi, we were surprised at the affordability and eagerness shown, compared to every other quote and company, which hasn’t compromised quality as a lot of people often speculate.

We loved the information pack with clear instructions and time frames to get us on time with their schedule.

Following these instructions, that allowed ample time, we could choose everything we wanted to either stay in budget or be a little flexible, and the rest went from there.

They were always only a phone call away to answer questions and all their tradesmen were always on time and in contact.

We loved being able to access the home after lock-up to see progress and were encouraged to pass on anything we weren’t happy with, which was never the case.

All of the workmanship was impeccable.

We would most certainly recommend Arden Vale to any friend or family member looking to build and would definitely use them if we get the desire to build again.
